Payments – Online Payment Facility
We now offer an Online Payment Facility directly through our website. This facility is designed for
existing customers to make a payment towards their Insurance policy through our secure online
payment form.
In order to use this facility please make sure you have the required items before you begin:
Your customer reference number. This is the reference number supplied by
The Insurance Office and not your insurance policy number.
The Debit or Credit card that you wish to use to make a payment. (There is a
£10 Service Charge for using a Credit Card.)
All payment requests made though our online payment facility are processed manually,
normally within 1-3 working days. Once your request has been processed, a receipt will be sent
to you by post. Should their be a problem processing your payment request you will be
notified either by telephone or by post.

We can accept payments, by cash (into the office only) cheques, monthly direct debit
with a 10.7% interest charge and most debit/ credit cards.
